RAGP - HOW TO RECHARGE AIRTIME, DATA, RENEW CABLE TV SUBSCRIPTION, OR CHANGE PASSWORD
When you log in and your dashboard opens.
Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the left side of the dashboard.
A new page will open showing the menus listed on the left side of the page.
Click on each of the menus to see what they contain.
TO RECHARGE AIRTIME OR DATA
1.
Click on the recharge menu.
2. Enter the details required of you viz:
Enter mobile #:
Click "verify mobile network"
Click "buy airtime or data".
A window opens.
Click OK.
Select the amount by clicking the drop button.
Enter PURCHASE PIN
Click "transfer airtime or data".
You will then get a message YOUR PURCHASE OF AIRTIME WAS SUCCESSFUL.
If that message does not come, then it means there network service issues.
Then click on "verify mobile Network" again to repeat the process.
TO RENEW DSTV/ GOTV/ STARTIMES SUBSCRIPTION:
1. Click on Cable TV payment.
2. Enter smart card details
3. The phone number required is that of the owner of the DSTV/ GOTV/STAR TIMES
TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD:
1. Click on the profile details.
2. Enter the details required.
Your login password is the same as your transaction password so you may not need to change your transaction password.
